He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wilbur Miller and Georgia Lucille Black Miller; his wife Betty Jean Rodgers Miller; his grandsons, Zachary and Jeremy Polyak; and his siblings, Rayford Lee Miller, Ollie "Noot" Theron Miller and Vanoy M. Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Polyak (Luke) of Batesburg, Steven Miller of Ward and Russell Miller (Candice) of Batesburg; his sister Nelda M. Rikard (PC) of Leesville; his grandchildren, Cody Polyak (Lindsey), Katie Miller, Texanna Miller Downey (Ryley) and Quinten Miller; and his great grandchildren, Laiton Polyak, Owen Polyak, Asher Patrick and Brooklyn Downey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Ramey Funeral Home (202 N Rudolph St, Saluda, SC 29138). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Furman Matthews Cemetery (264 Patchwork Rd, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006).
