He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hill and Flora Lee Blocker Hill; and his siblings, Roosevelt Hill, Sr., Stanley Hill and Lois Hill Cannon.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva Stevens Hill; his daughters, Pamela J. Hill of Saluda, SC, Gloria H. Ouzts (Willie) of Saluda, SC and Deborah Hill Jones of Saluda, SC; and his sisters, Edna Baker (Horace) of Johnston, SC, Rosetta H. Hall of Johnston, SC, Velma Jean Barnes (Melvin) of Saluda, SC and Willie Mae Hill of Saluda, SC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Butler and Sons Funeral Home Chapel (306 N Bouknight Ferry Rd, Saluda, SC 29138). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Salem Cme Church (134 New Salem Church Rd, Saluda, SC 29138).
