She is survived by: her husband David Lee Forrest, Sr.; her children, Linda Kay Forrest Rodgers (Jerrie Frix) of Saluda and David Lee Forrest, Jr. of Newberry; her godson Damien Harwell of Hendersonville, NC; her siblings, Edith Rowe of Saluda, Ruth Chapman of Saluda, Narvis Ables of Saluda and Brooks Guyton, Jr. of Saluda; her granddaughters, Chandler Hanna of Swansea and Camryn Forrest of Swansea; and her great grandchild Ellis Hanna.
