He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Byrd and Lorene Ruff Harmon; his wife Ola Mae Harmon; his son Joel Harmon; and his siblings, James, Frazier, Larry Harmon, Gladys Bledsoe, Edna Outz and Vera Buffington.
He is survived by: his son Roger Harmon (Brenda); his grandchildren, Hollis Lohse (Neal), Tyler Harmon, Nolan Harmon and Kelsey Barnett (Hunter); his great grandchildren, Parker and Aubrey Lohse; and his siblings-in-law, Luther Bledsoe, Virginia Harmon and Ann Harmon.
