He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Irvin-Butler and Minnie L Irvin-Butler. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Butler of Virginia; his sons, Robert Butler, Henry C. Butler Jr., Adam Butler and Malik Fuller; and his siblings, Bennie Warren Butler (Ruby) of Saluda, SC, Robert Douglas Butler (Mary) of Saluda, SC, Vernelle Butler of California and Laveda B. Brayboy (Otis) of Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
