He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Mae Fulmer Hipp and Maggie Gillett Maffett Hipp; his wife Maggie Gillett Maffett Hipp of West Columbia; his sons, Jeff Hipp (Janice) of Jacksonville Beach, FL and Keith Hipp of Irmo; his grandchildren, Jennifer Bazer and Cristen Hipp; his great grandchildren, Cade and Kaylin Bazer; and his siblings, Trudy Nichols of Saluda, Howell E. Hipp and Marjorie Mills.
Social distancing will be observed and masks are requested.
