He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Grady Forrest and Mattie Leila Powell Forrest; and his brother William Forrest. He is survived by: his wife Judith Marie Rush Forrest; his children, Eugene Franklin "Frankie" Forrest, Jr. of Saluda and Dr. Amy Forrest of Greenwood; his brothers, David Forrest of Saluda and George Forrest of Saluda; and his grandchildren, Erin Massey and Seth Massey.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Gassaway Cemetery.
