He is survived by: his children, Marvin Scott (Anita) of Miami, FL, Gladys Scott of Kingstree, SC, Gwyn Hemingway (Michael) of Conway, SC, Gail Scott of Miami, FL, Melissa Scott of Plantation, FL, Dawn Scott and Valonda Hopkins-Scott of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his brother Willie Scott (Mary) of Greeleyville, SC; and also Bejay Scott (Dionne) of Margate, FL. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
