She was predeceased by: her husband Wilmot Salters McCollough, Jr.; her parents, Joe Douglas Lee and Edna Camilla Thornhill Lee; her grandson Jonathan McCollough; and her siblings, Lucille Ballentine McElveen, Magdalene Wilder Bushardt, W. D. Lee, Clinton Lee and Colin Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" Yager (John) of Mobile, Alabama and Wilmot S. "Mot" McCollough, III (Paula) of Sumter, SC; her granddaughter Margaret Maree Schottler (Jeremy) of Vienna, VA; her great grandchildren, Molly Schottler and Mitchell Schottler; and her sister-in-law Faye Petrovitz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
