We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2022, at the age of 77, Sammy Hydrick Sr. of Salley, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Byron Hydrick, Sr. and Lauriee Estell Ott Hydrick; and his siblings, George B. Hydrick, Jr. (Irene) of Lexington, Webb Hydrick (Sara) of Columbia, Jane Miller, Jacob Hydrick and Jo-Ann Drew (late Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Jennie Poole Hydrick; his sons, Harry Sammy Hydrick, Jr. and James B. "Jimmy" Hydrick (Hope); his grandson Daniel Moski (Maria); his siblings, Peggy Brazier (late Duane) of Wagener, David Hydrick (Cindy) of Vancouver, WA and Bobby Hydrick of Wagener; and his siblings-in-law, James Ray Poole (Rhonda), Marie Malatesta (David) and Libby Callahan (Don) of Salley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Sammy's honor to Clinton United Methodist Church – R&I Fund or the charity of your choice.
