She was predeceased by : her parent Margaret Ware; and her grandmother Viola Grant. She is survived by : her children, Michael Woods, Matthew Bishop-Woods (Nicholas), Timothy Woods (Whitney) and Stephanie Aiesi (Charlie); and her brothers, Darryl Grant and Kendal Ware (Trini). She is also survived by other family members and friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (132 Main St N, Wagener, SC 29164). A committal service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Church of Deliverance Memorial Gardens (184 Mayapple Dr, Springfield, SC 29146).
