He was predeceased by: his wife Henrietta Young Toole; his parents, Viola Livingston Toole and Lawrence Toole; and his siblings-in-law, Alva Dunn (Henry), Mary Dukes (Tiller), Leon Toole (Juanita), Harry Toole (Tippy), Marion Toole (Leona), Louise Steverson (John) and James Toole.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Fogle (Allan), Shirley Simpson (Bob) and Darlene Colvin (Terry); his grandchildren, Robert E. Fogle (Kara), Sydney Fogle, Sara Fogle, Travis Baccene (Caroline), Andrew Colvin (Tiffany) and Cassidy Presswood (Waylon); his great grandchildren, Robert J. Fogle and Rylan Fogle; and his sister Ola Poole (late James).
