He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Leyton and Audra Ione Gray Fowler; and his sister Betty Campbell. He is survived by: his children, William Fowler of Pearl, MS, Jefferson Fowler of Chesapeake, VA, Vernon Fowler of Monterey, LA and Sandra Goeggle of Tamassee, SC; and his siblings, Carl Fowler of North Carolina, Mike Monsour of Salem, SC and Clydelle Coburn of Colorado. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
