He is survived by: his wife Nancy Campbell; his sons, Terry Campbell (Tammy) and Tim Campbell (Annette); his grandchildren, Jacob Campbell (Taylor), Brittney Campbell (Patrick) and Dylan Campbell (Abby); his great grandchildren, Scarlett Campbell, Ryder Kelly and Kyzer Kelly; his siblings, Joel Campbell and Betty Kay McGaha; and his friend Michelle Turner.
