He was predeceased by: his parents, Napolean Broward and Minnie Lee Gruber Lovell; and his siblings, Loring Lovell and Sonia Primm. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lovell; his children, Ned Broward Lovell, Jr. (Jennifer) of Deland, Florida, Claire Whitlock-Skinner (Trey) of Williamsport and Katie Wentworth of Tampa, Florida; and his grandchildren, Shelby, Kalee Whitlock, James, Julie, Caroline Lovell, Jackson, Christian and Ashton Wentworth.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Ned's memory to Children's Haven, 4405 Desoto Road, Sarasota, Florida 34235.
