He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Hinkle Addis of Salem; his children, Jeff Addis (Rhonda), Sharon McDowell, Tina Shareef (Jeff) and Jennifer Hedrick (Tab); his grandchildren, Devin Smith, Derek Smith, Austin Cannon, Landon Gosnell, Chanler Gosnell, Parker Gosnell and Rachel Cobb; and his great grandchildren, Addison Smith, Derek Smith, Jr., Adelynn Gosnell and Cannon.
