He is survived by: his children, Johnny Mac Lane, Jr. (Billie Jean) of Bennettsville, Jack Monroe Lane of Bennettsville and Jo Lane of Clio; his brother Stephen "Buddy" D. Lane, III (Becky) of Clio; his grandchildren, John McMillan Lane, III, Donnie Stewart Lane, Ashley Kimrey (Drew), Nina Lane, Audry Hanke, Griffin Lane, McKenna Lane and Ty Lane; and his great grandchildren, Wade Kimrey, Summer Lane and Katelynn Lane.
