He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ralph and Winnie Lee Smith Talley; his son Jeffrey Ralph Talley; and his brother Richard Wayne Talley. He is survived by: his spouse Ollie Jean Crenshaw Talley of Salem, SC; his brother Len Talley (Jackie) of Salem; and his nephews, David Talley (Marci) of Tamassee, Chris Talley (Shawna) of Easley and Michael Talley (Kayla) of Salem. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
