He is survived by: his wife Sue Phillips Edney of Salem; his children, Regina Edney and Phil Manley, Sr. (Robin); his brother Jack Edney; and his grandchildren, Leon Manley (Sarah), Phil Manley, Max Manley (Kayla) and Krystal Scates. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
