She is survived by: her parents, Maurice Head and Louise A. Head; her daughter Leigh Casey Roach of Salem, SC; and her friend Darlene Merck.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Diane Head Memorial Scholarship, at any Community First Bank.
