He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Richard and Ethel Bonneal Oliver Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sally Lynn Belk Williams of Salem; and his children, Delmus Williams Jr., Georgia Dunn and Hague Williams. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
