He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Luke Weatherford, Sr. and Willie Mae Smith Weatherford; his wife Deloris Anne Weatherford; his children, Beverly Kavanuagh and Willie Weatherford (Amanda Weatherford); his siblings, Rhonda Jean Cales, William Weatherford and Geneva Vincent; and his daughter Pamela Harvey. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
The family suggests that any donations be made directly to Mount Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church.
