He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Henry Mills and Louise Cumbee Mills; his siblings, Margaret Harris and Robert E. Mills; his wife Linda Vinson Mills; his children, Vickie M. Hodge (Rusty) of Bonneau, Carolyn M. Easterling (Kenny) of Goose Creek and David Mills (Karen) of Bethera; his stepchildren, Sabrina Matthews of St. Stephen and Leon Vinson (Patricia) of Summerville; and his brothers, William Mills of Georgetown and Lester Mills of St. Stephen. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
