With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Isaac Alfred Milligan of Saint Stephen, South Carolina, who passed away on January 11, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Johnell Mitchell Milligan; and his children, Leon Milford (Annie Mae), Doris M. Milligan, Priscilla Milligan, Renee Milligan, Desiree Milligan and Germaine Milligan (LaMonica). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A face masks must be worn at all times while at the residence and please adhere to all Covid-19 protocols.
