He was predeceased by: his daughter Yolunda Patrice Sumpter. He is survived by: his wife Doris M. Sumpter; and his children, Kenneth Sumpter, Anthony Sumpter and Keron Herbert Sumpter. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.

**Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the family will not be receiving family and friends at their residence.
