She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Carraway and Janie Parker Carraway; and her son Harrell Ridgle. She is survived by: her close friend Smokey Collier; and her children, Carolyn Daley (Ronnie) of Cordesville, Linda Stringer (Hartwell) of Roxboro, NC, Janice Sullivan of Moncks Corner and Michael Ridgle of St. Stephen. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
