He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert R. Rakoske, Sr. and Blanche Deloach Rakoske Tuten; his daughter Alyson Robin Rakoske; and his great grandchildren, Madison La'Shay Waring and Kingston Marquis Waring.
He is survived by: his daughter Josie Rakoske (Harry Roff); his sister Patricia Ann Tidwell of Titusville, FL; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Alyson Branton and Jonathan David Branton; and his great grandchildren, Chance Avery Waring, Amari Noelle Waring and Kendrick Malique Waring.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
