He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Arnold and Sarah Patterson Searson. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne McKinney Searson; his children, William Bradford Searson (Margaret Engelmann Searson) of Asheville, NC and Anna Searson Moody (Michael Gene Moody) of Greenville; his siblings, Allen McLeod Searson (Missy Searson) of Savannah, GA and Sarah Searson McWhirt (Ronald Allen McWhirt, Sr.) of Mt. Pleasant; his nephews, Michael Arnold McWhirt (Angela Busch McWhirt) of Mt. Pleasant and Ronald Allen McWhirt (Cathleen Elizabeth McWhirt) of Blacksburg, VA; his niece Alexandra McLeod Searson of Norcross, GA.; and his grandchildren, Emma Kathryn Searson and William Ronald Moody.
