He was predeceased by: his father Dr. William Henry Granger. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Sharpe Granger; his wife Sara Stabler Granger; his children, William Henry Granger, III of Spartanburg and Sabrina Granger Sharpe (Garrett) of St. Matthews; his grandchildren, Maryann Darling Sharpe, Eleanor Evangeline Sharpe and Granger Stabler Sharpe; his brothers, Dr. Tommie Mack Granger (Dare) and Charles Andrew "Andy" Granger (Fran); his nephews, Chase and Jack; and his niece Savannah.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Swansea First Baptist Church (145 S Church St, Swansea, SC 29160). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
