She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Bates and Evelyn Yancy Bates; her husband Clarence Monwell Fogle; and her siblings, Jean Heckle, Linda Carol Chavis and Glenn Bates.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Rogers (Rumsey Hakim) and Melissa G. Bochette (Frank); her sister Judy Hilderbrand; and her aunt Ruby Dean Spires. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an animal shelter of one's choice.
