He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Junior Neil and Vivian Pearl Rast Neil. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Crider Neil; his children, Zachary Neil (William Hanes), Jonathan Neil, Robert Neil, Daniel Neil, Lilly Neil and Lucas Neil (Emily); his grandchildren, Matthew Neil, Rebecca Neil and Timothy Neil; and his siblings, Donna Neil, Henry Neil, Daniel Neil and Junior Neil (Karrie).
