Sipes (Saint Matthews, South Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on May 3, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Sipes and Vernetta Sipes Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Cupstid Sipes; his children, Kevin Sipes of Lexington, SC, Allison Durham (Jimbo) of Trenton, SC and Bryan Sipes of Chicago, Illinois; his grandchildren, Tiffany Sipes and Bailey Sipes; and his siblings, Linda Cornwell of Wagner, SC, Derrell Sipes (Jan) of Irmo, SC, Dwight Sipes (Gayle) of Gilbert, SC, Ricky Sipes (Cheryl) of Lexington, SC and Jimmy Sipes of Lexington, SC.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, brother and sister-in-laws, his mother-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, a private graveside service will be held at Gethsemane Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to Gethsemane Baptist Church or the Salvation Army.
