He is survived by: his parents, Henry Elliott Webb, Jr. and Kennon Allen Webb; his sisters, Melissa Arscott (Stephen) and Rebecca Quenneville (Dean); his niece Mary Kennon Miles (John); and his nephews, Fletcher Arscott, Elliott Arscott, Thomas Quenneville and Ryan Quenneville. He is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
