With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harley Cecil Smoak Jr. of Saint Matthews, South Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Cecil Smoak, Sr. and Louise Lillian Betsill Smoak; his stepmother Ertelle G. Smoak; and his sisters, Connie S. Kizer and Peggy S. Strawbridge.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Patrick Smoak; his children, Patrick Todd Smoak (Monica) and Dana Smoak Lindler (Travis); and his sister Joyce S. Bair (Dwight). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
CDC guidelines for the COVID-19 virus and social distancing will be observed during the service. All attendees will be required to wear a mask.
