He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Harrison Prickett; and his parents, Furman M. Prickett, Sr. and Deline Buyck Prickett. He is also survived by sister, whose brother's uncles sister in laws, first cousins grandaddy on his mother.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 348, St. Matthews, SC 29135.
