It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernestine Dildine Hungerpeler of Saint Matthews, South Carolina, who passed away on October 23, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bobby" Symms Hungerpeler; her parents, Thomas Dildine and Myrtle Dildine; and her brothers, Thomas Edward Dildine and Eugene Cameron Dildine.
She is survived by: her niece Dodi Hair Rucker; her great-niece Jodi Rucker Nelson; her children, Diane Rucker (Gene), Brenda Mitchell (Jimmy Lee), Jimmy Spires (Michelle) and Teresa Hungerpeler (Will); and her grandchildren, Lisa Axson, Angie Rucker, Bryan Mitchell, Amanda Smith, David Mitchell, Stacy Spires and Verne Spires. She is also survived by great-grand children and two great-great grandchildren.
