It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Donald Snow of Saint Helena Island, South Carolina, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Ann Haigh Snow of St. Helena Island, SC; his parents, James E Snow and Mary Green Snow; his former wife Sally P Snow; his children, Richard D. Snow, Jr., James J. Snow, Sally Jean English and Elizabeth E. Snow; and his sisters, Mary Ann Bass, Frances Flannagan and Dorothy Snow.
