He is survived by: his significant other Constance Young Brotzman; his daughter Susan Kay Richards (James); his grandchildren, Amber and Brandon of Canton, GA; his stepdaughters, Jerri Ann Yancey (Joel) of Winter Park, FL and Terri Lea Story of Broomfield, CO; his stepgrandsons, Dalton Yancey and Kevin Story; and his brother Karl Derick Brotzman (Kaye) of Washington, VA.
