He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Melody Edmonds Stanley; his parents, Wilbur Thomas Stanley and Willie Alma Hadwin Stanley; his children, Gerald Stanley (Andrea) of St. George and Amy Hughes; his siblings, Flossie Hogg (Will) and Herman Wilburn, Jr. (Peggy); his grandchildren, Amber Kwakenat (Tony), Thomas Stanley, III, Mia Stanley, Michael Thomas Hughes and Matthew Hughes; and his great grandchild Jackson Kwakenat.
