O'Quinn, Jr. (Lisa), Ladson, Bill O'Quinn (Betty), Ricky O'Quinn (Wanda), Harleyville and Pauline "Sissy" O'Quinn Brown (Larry); his stepsons, Bucky Stroble (Delta), Shane Stroble and Tye Stroble (Paula); and his siblings, Lucas O'Quinn (Rogernell) of Walterboro, Shirley Lee (Guy) and Pauline Kolasky (Bill).
