With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Manning Weathers (Saint George, South Carolina), who passed away on December 23, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Manning Weathers and Star Amanda Bardin Weathers; and his son Robert H. Sandel. He is survived by: his wife Gale Mewborne Weathers; his children, Amanda Jane "Mandi" W. Thompson (Pinckney) and Henry Daniel Sandel (Sara); his grandchildren, Julius, Manning, William Thompson, Carrie Grace, Abigale Sandel, Lila, Emmy, Will and Declan Sandel; his great grandchild Wells Sandel; his cousins, Jennifer Weathers Williams (Joe) and Bert Weathers (Jodi); and his siblings-in-law, Jane M. Limehouse (Frank) and James Michael Mewborne, Jr. (Sally).
