He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bayne Knox and Emma Claire Kizer Garner; his daughter Delia Garner McNeil of Charleston; his grandchildren, Amber McNeil and Rob Lucas McNeil of Ladson; his sisters, Beverly Garner Johnson of Milton, GA and Pat Garner Neumann (Jeff); and his nephews, Derek Johnson and Geoffrey Johnson.
