He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Traxler Crook (Jenny); his sisters, Annie Lee Chinners, Margaret Walters and Gladys Heaton; and his son-in-law Rev. Robert Hilton.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Crawford, Keith Crook (Wanda) of St. George and Barry Crook (Lynn) of St. George; his grandchildren, Holly Crook Risher (Kevin), Brady Crook (Erin), Valerie Bell (Andy) and Tyler Crook (Rebecca); his great grandchildren, Kevin Risher, Jr., Brittany Risher Mixon (Nate), Kaley Bell, Caleb Bell, Jacks Crook and Pres Crook; his great great grandchild Briar Rose Mixon; and his caregiver Gloria Green.
