She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas S. Etheredge; her parents, Cornelius Pharise Hughes and Eunice Catherine Bilton Hughes; her daughter Jane Elizabeth Greene; and her siblings, Cornelius P. Hughes, Jr. and Catherine Elizabeth Wimberly.
She is survived by: her daughter June Valerie E. Dangerfield (Shawn Michael Thompson); her grandchildren, Alexis Reedlynn Greene, Michael Thomas Etheredge and Kalli Richlynn Dangerfield; and her siblings, Brenda H. Young Heatherly (Ralph) and Terry Hughes (Terri Blocker).
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home (607 N Parler Ave, St George, SC 29477).
