It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hattie Lee Green (Saint George, South Carolina), born in Dorchester, South Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Lee and Mamie Cobb; her son Dexter B. Green; and her sister-in-law Rachel Mae Cobbs. She is survived by: her brother Elder Henry Lee Cobbs of St. George, SC; her grandchildren, Chevis M. Dwight of Orangeburg, SC, Shakra D. Dwight of Orangeburg, SC, Benjamin G. Dwight, Jr. of Orangeburg, SC, Benji X. Dwight of Orangeburg, SC, Alison S. Dwight of Orangeburg, SC and Denise Green of Charleston, SC; her aunt Carrie Mae Britt of Orangeburg, SC; and her friends, Joann Cusack, Debra Davis and Audrey Jennings. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
