Outlaw; her daughters, Lillian Hayden (James) and Tiffany Taylor (Bruce Jr.); her goddaughter Shameika Nicole Barney; her grandchildren, Rashaune, Amber, McKenzie, Nicholas and Elijah; her siblings, Vernell Daniels, Jenell Vincent (Victor) and Nathanial (Barbara) of Washington; her brothers-in-law, William Outlaw (Betty), Walter Outlaw (Maxine) and Kelvin Sr. Outlaw (Carolyn); her aunts, Fannie Jenkins of Philadelphia, PA and Flora Barton of Orangeburg, SC; and her nieces and nephews, Karen, Natalie, Felicia, ZaKeira, Kimberly, Kayla, Lanette, Danielle, Crystal, Martine, Zachary, Ze'noir, Nathanial, Marshall, William, Tracy, Jerome, Kelvin Jr. Kendall, Javonne, Mark and Terrance. She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
