He is survived by: his wife Philipine Segar; his children, Linda Cobbs of St. George, SC and Dwayne Segar (Sandra) of Waldorf, MD.; his grandson Deon Cobbs (Simone) of Upper Marlboro, MD.; his sister Alma Boyd of St. George, SC.; his grandchildren, Stephen Segar, Dominic Segar (Sharmea) and Durrell Riley; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Lincoln, NJ and Helen Harris of Orlando, FL; his niece Fernella Simmons; and his godson Bernard Kelly (Tammy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
