Cook; her sons, Bryan Holt (Jo Ann) of St. George, Brandon Holt (Melissa) of St. George and Brad Holt (Stacy); her stepchildren, Jamie Cook (Jessica), Marie Zissett (Andy) and Amanda Cook; her grandchildren, Cherokee (Brandon), Elisha, Maddie, April, John, Skylar, Chase, Damien, Zachary and Shelbie; her great grandchild Harper; her stepgrandchildren, Grace, Hunter Cook, Jarrett, Kodee, Braedeen, Landden "Pnutt", Carsten Zissett, Karli, Sara, Matthew Rudd, William and Emaree Ray; and her sister Wanda O'Quinn (Ricky).
