Smyly, Jr. of Ruffin, William English Smyly (Elizabeth) of Ruffin, Bryce Edward Smyly of Ruffin and Charles Tanner Scott Smyly of Ruffin; his siblings, Yvonne Smyly Herndon (Benjie) of Ruffin and Greg Smyly (Donna) of Ruffin; his nephews, Brantley Walling and Joe Lasher; his parents-in-law, Bill and Carolyn Ehney of Islandton; and his friends, Kenneth, Maria Godbold, Eric Carver, Mark Mosley, Gaspar Neto and Charlie Carpenter.
