She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Brown and Ollie Rebecca Whitman Brown. She is survived by: her friends, Joyce Roberts and Shirly Green; her husband Pete Ashley of Ruffin; her children, Brenda Ashley of Walterboro, Kenneth Dale Ashley of Walterboro and Tammy Ashley Beckett (Harry) of Walterboro; her brother Cecil Brown; her grandchildren, Ryan Ashley (Michelle), Cameron Ashley, Patricia Beckett (Logan Givens), Olivia Beckett and Jacob Sauls; and her great grandchildren, Carter Ashley, Eli Ashley, Owen Ashley and Gracelynn Rose Givens.
